  American made, serial number C-4641 stamped to top of headstock, uncommon solid spruce top, gloss Sunburst back, sides and neck, single cone design, rosewood fingerboard with mother-of-pearl dot inlays, bound body and neck, six open-back machine heads with Bakelite buttons, F-Holes to top of instrument, period pasteboard case.
