  1910-13 BRITISH ANTARCTIC EXPEDITION: 1913 (Feb.14) telegram received at BRISTOL for delivery to Fry & Sons
  the famous chocolate manufacturers, who were financial supporters of Scott’s Expedition and also supplied the drinking chocolate, so much appreciated by the expeditioners: “ Members deeply grateful kind message, Commander Evans.”
• Notes:
  Admiral Edward Ratcliffe Garth Russell Evans [1881-1957], known as “Teddy”, was second in command on the Expedition and captain of the “Terra Nova.”.
