• Notes:
  Condition: There are losses of pigment visible upon close examination throughout. The work appears to have been glazed over perhaps in an attempt to stabilise the paint, and these prior losses are therefore disguised through this glaze.  There has been cracking of the paint surface throughout the entire painting, however the glaze again has stabilised the surface. There is potentially evidence of a scratch on the paint surface, in the bottom of the vase. This is not evident from the rear however, so likely just a surface mark.  The works is framed in a gold ornate frame, not original to the work.
