Lot Description:George II English sterling silver lidded baluster shaped tankard
with circular raised foot, single band of raised reeding to the lower body, a hinged and domed lid with open-cast thumb piece. Note the very attractive engraved elephant armorial crest. Made by John Langlands of Newcastle, circa 1757,
