  BOAT: An impressive circa 1930s carvel planked 8'6" wooden boat with oars
  constructed in Christchurch NZ, believed to be made out of NZ Kauri, 253cm long x 117cm beam x 46cm deep, and oars length 182 cm.
• Provenance:
  The boat has been in the same family for 40+ years and hung off the back of a motor sailer in Lyttelton Harbour. Constructed in Riccarton, the boat was carefully restored using 1500 bronze screws. Small piece broke off the transom when it was moved to Australia, this is shown in the photos.
• Notes:
  VIEWING: Inspection is available to prior appointment. NOTE: OFFERED FROM A SEPARATE PRIVATE COLLECTION. This boat is currently hanging from the roof of a Toorak garage and needs to be removed within 5 days of the end of the auction. The address will be supplied to the successful buyer following the auction closing. The boat could be lowered onto a flat deck or trailer from its suspended position. Very heavy.
