Four volumes in three, octavo, with a total of 42 maps and plates; contemporary panelled calf neatly rebacked. Slight marginal worming in the first volume, small corner restored to the first map in the third volume, affecting only the rule border.

  Fifth, third, first and first editions, recording, amongst much else, the first British landfalls in Australia, with the earliest printed depictions of Australian flora and fauna.
