• Notes:
  A NOTE FROM WARWICK BROWN: This watercolour has acquired a new significance as a result of the disastrous Christchurch earthquakes. Doris Lusk was interested in the abstract geometric, shapes that appear when a building is being demolished. In 1982 she completed a number of works based on commercial redevelopments, never dreaming that three decades later nature would intervene far more violently.
