• Notes:
  A NOTE FROM WARWICK BROWN: This is one of a number of paintings of a bikini-clad girl dancing in a strange landscape with elongated clouds. The clouds are like the smoke from a factory chimney; the land is a mix of suburban lawn and hedge, kauri forest and South Island mountains. In this series, Scott brings together several iconic but quite different parts of life in New Zealand. There are also numerous drawings and monoprints in this important early series.
