A few weeks after he first stepped foot on Australian soil, John Hardy established a jewellery business from his rooms at Jamieson Street, Sydney. From 1855, Hardy Brothers operated from premises at 13 Hunter Street, Sydney, before moving to Castlereagh Street, Sydney in 1934. For Kerry it was Hunter Street a century and a half ago that ignited her imagination. Exclusively designed in celebration of Hardy Brothers 160 year anniversary, the Moorcroft 'Jewellery House' commemorative piece depicts Hardy Brothers Jewellers first store on Hunter St in Sydney, 1855.
