    A German RAD Officer’s Dagger in scabbard
    the bright hewer scimitar style blade enrgraved with the motto ‘Arbeit adelt’ (Labor Ennobles), the reverse is marked at the hilt with the squirrel logo and ‘Original Eickhorn Solingen’ for the maker Carl Eickhorn. The alloy based, nickel plated and burnished hilt with the proud RAD logo to the front crossguard and eagle head on the pommel, ivorine grips. The nickel plated steel scabbard with decorative swirls, random pebbling and wheat leaves, both throat retaining screws remain intact. With original hanger including decorative aluminium clasp and buckle fittings, the clip marked to the reverse DRGM. In good clean overall condition.
